Ingredients
- Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 2 fresh apples medium
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup wheat flour whole-grain
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Lightly coat 3-quart ovenproof pan with cooking spray.
- Rinse thyme and pat dry. Strip thyme leaves from stem.
- Core and chop apples. Place in large mixing bowl. Add brown sugar and thyme. Toss to mix well. Set aside.
- In medium bowl, whisk egg, milk, and flour. Pour into prepared pan.
- Gently place tossed apple slices into pan with eggs.
- Bake until frittata is puffed, golden brown, and set in center, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve.
