Ingredients
- 12 Canned Water Chestnuts
- 12 Canned Pineapple Chunks with juice
- 12 Raw Bacon Slices
- 4 Tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drain water chestnuts and pineapple. Slice water chestnuts and pineapple chunks in half.
- Cut strips of bacon in half.
- Hold pineapple and water chestnut piece together and wrap with bacon slice. Secure with wooden toothpick.
- Place appetizers in shallow baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes. Brush with soy sauce and bake additional 10-15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Remove from oven and move to serving dish. Let stand 7-10 minutes to cool before serving.
