Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Avocado
- 1 Small Jalapeño Pepper Seeds Removed
- 1 Medium Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice avocado and scoop out flesh. Place in food processor.
- Remove seeds and membrane from jalapeño. Peel garlic clove.
- Add to food processor: cottage cheese, lime juice, scallions, jalapeño, and garlic. Purée until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
