Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Avocado
  • 1 Small Jalapeño Pepper Seeds Removed
  • 1 Medium Garlic Clove
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Scallions
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice avocado and scoop out flesh. Place in food processor.
  2. Remove seeds and membrane from jalapeño. Peel garlic clove.
  3. Add to food processor: cottage cheese, lime juice, scallions, jalapeño, and garlic. Purée until smooth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
