  • 7cups freshshredded cabbage
  • 1cup freshshredded carrots
  • 1/2cup freshchopped red onion
  • 2tsp chili sauce
  • 1tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4cup rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp brown sugar
  • 1tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/3cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
  1. In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  2. In small bowl, whisk chili sauce, lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and peanut oil.
  3. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Add peanuts, toss well.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving
