Ingredients
- 7 cups fresh shredded cabbage
- 1 cup fresh shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped red onion
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1/3 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
- In small bowl, whisk chili sauce, lime juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and peanut oil.
- Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Add peanuts, toss well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving
