  • 1/2cup chopped apples
  • 2tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1tbsp Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4cup white wine
  • 1 1/2tsp Cornstarch
  • 1tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
  1. In mixing bowl, combine apple, cheese, and bread crumbs. Set aside.
  2. Pound chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap to flatten to 1/4″ thickness.
  3. Divide apple mixture between chicken breasts and roll up each breast. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. In 10″ skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add stuffed chicken breasts and cook until just browned, turning several times.
  5. Add wine and 1/4 cup water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 – 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Transfer chicken to serving platter.
  7. In skillet, combine 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch. Stir into juices in pan, cook and stir until thickened.
  8. Pour over chicken and garnish with parsley. Serve.
