Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 lb lean center loin pork chop/roast
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 1/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 medium apples
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- Chop onion. Core and chop apples. Set aside
- Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork chops and onion over medium heat about 3 minutes per side.
- In small bowl, combine chicken broth and pepper. Add to skillet. Cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Skim off any fat.
- Add apple slices and cinnamon to skillet, cover, and continue to simmer for additional 15 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve hot.
