Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Minced Shallots
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Walnut Oil
- 10 Cups Boston or Bibb lettuce Torn or sliced into pieces
- 2 Large Sliced Apples
- 1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup Toasted Walnuts
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, whisk together shallots, 1 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Dress lettuce greens and red onion with vinaigrette, and place in bowl. Top with apples and walnuts. Serve immediately.
