Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Shallots
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Walnut Oil
  • 10 Cups Boston or Bibb lettuce Torn or sliced into pieces
  • 2 Large Sliced Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Walnuts

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, whisk together shallots, 1 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil.
  2. Slowly whisk in oil.
  3. Dress lettuce greens and red onion with vinaigrette, and place in bowl. Top with apples and walnuts. Serve immediately.
