Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe pears
  • 4tbsp plain whole yogurt
  • 1tsp granulated sugar substitute
  • 1tsp Almond Extract
  • 2tbsp slivered toasted almonds
  • 4 mint sprigs
Instructions
  1. Cut pears in half and remove center.
  2. Take thin slice off rounded side of pear so that it will sit flat. Place pears on small plates.
  3. Mix yogurt, sugar substitute, and almond extract. Spoon 1 teaspoon of yogurt into center of each pear.
  4. Sprinkle almonds over yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint
