Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe pears
- 4 tbsp plain whole yogurt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar substitute
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 tbsp slivered toasted almonds
- 4 mint sprigs
Instructions
- Cut pears in half and remove center.
- Take thin slice off rounded side of pear so that it will sit flat. Place pears on small plates.
- Mix yogurt, sugar substitute, and almond extract. Spoon 1 teaspoon of yogurt into center of each pear.
- Sprinkle almonds over yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint
