Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 6 cups popcorn air popped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 13" x 9" x 2" dish with cooking spray. Place popcorn in dish.
  3. In small bowl, stir 2 tsp water into sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Drizzle spice mixture over popcorn. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  5. Transfer popcorn to a large piece of foil. Cool completely before serving.
