Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts unsalted
  • 1 cup walnut halves unsalted
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with foil. Spread nuts evenly.
  3. In small bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, thyme, rosemary and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over nuts, gently toss to coat.
  4. Bake until nuts are toasted, about 15 minutes, stirring twice. Remove pan and cool. Store in an airtight container or large resealable storage bag.
