Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 8 oz fresh sugar snap peas
  • 2 fresh chopped green onions
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped mint
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium
  2. Add peas, green onions, and garlic. Cook 3 minutes until peas are slightly tender, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in mint, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve.
