Ingredients

  • 8 chicken raw skinless drumsticks
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in 13" x 9" glass baking dish.
  2. In small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest , vinegar, sugar, and garlic. Blend mixture well and pour over chicken.
  3. Turn to coat, cover, and place in refrigerator 3 hours up to overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Lightly coat grill with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
  5. Grill 20-30 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F
