Spread this almond butter (boosted with sunflower and sesame seeds) on apples for breakfast or a snack.
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp walnut oil, plus extra for drizzling
- In food processor, combine all ingredients. Purée to reach desired consistency, scraping down sides as necessary.
- To make butter creamier, with food processor running, drizzle extra walnut oil through feed tube, until desired consistency is reached.
