Cinnamon Almond Butter

Spread this almond butter (boosted with sunflower and sesame seeds) on apples for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp walnut oil, plus extra for drizzling


  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients. Purée to reach desired consistency, scraping down sides as necessary.
  2. To make butter creamier, with food processor running, drizzle extra walnut oil through feed tube, until desired consistency is reached.
