Ingredients

  • 8 oz plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/8 cup granulated sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, thoroughly mix yogurt, cocoa, and sugar substitute.
  2. Spoon into small paper cups and set cups in muffin tin. Place in freezer. When partially frozen, insert popsicle stick in middle of each cup.
  3. Freeze 2 hours until solid.
  4. To serve, peel away paper cup, and eat at once.
