Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb Napa cabbage
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 heads radicchio
  • 2 Medium Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Remove and discard cabbage core.
  2. Slice cabbage and radicchio into thin slices.
  3. In wok or medium saucepan, heat canola oil over high.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and fennel seed. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in cabbage, radicchio, and soy sauce.
  5. Cover pan and cook 1 minute.
  6. Remove lid and cook 2 minutes, stirring often, until cabbage and radicchio are wilted.
  7. Add sesame oil and 1/2 of cilantro. Stir to combine.
  8. Spoon into serving bowl and season with remaining cilantro and sesame seeds.
