Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Fresh Sliced Strawberries
  • 1/2 Tsp Sweetener
  • 15 Oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Grated Orange Peel

Instructions

  1. In medium mixing bowl, combine berries and sweetener. Set aside.
  2. With electric mixer, combine ricotta cheese, Grand Marnier, vanilla, and orange peel until well mixed.
  3. Divide berries into 8 dishes. Spoon cream over berries.
