An easy and healthy guacamole recipe.
- 2 fresh avocados
- 1/2 cup medium hot salsa
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 fresh cucumber, sliced into sticks
- Cut avocados in half. Remove and discard pits, scoop flesh into a medium bowl, and mash with a fork.
- Add salsa and hot sauce to the mashed avocado and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and surround with cucumber sticks.
