I’m currently on a liquid diet and trying to lose weight while limiting my intake to 50 carbs a day. Can you suggest what foods I should gradually add to my diet so as to not gain back the weight?

I’m trying to lose weight and trying to limit my carbs to 50 a day! I’m drinking glucerna carb control for a couple of meals and trying to eat veggies and also small portions of meat at supper. Any suggestions on how to gradually add food back to my diet without gaining the 10 lbs I lost? I don’t want to do this liquid diet forever.
