July 17-20th 2008 - The Diabetes Exercise and Sports Association (DESA) 2008 International Conference. Held at the MaRS Center in Toronto, ON Canada. Conference will feature speakers from sports and health care, the lastest research on diabetes, a discussion on the role of exercise in insulin pump therapy, and advances in diabetes treatment and managment. July 23-27th 2008 - Friends for Life Conference and Expo. A National Children with Diabetes Conference held at Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World Orlando, Florida. Children with Diabetes presents our 9th annual family conference! Join world-renowned clinicians, researchers, physicians, adults, children, and families with diabetes to learn the most current information in diabetes care. July 24th 2008 - Dealing with Diabetes support group invites the public to their monthly meeting in Oneonta, NY. Guest speakers will be at every meeting. Discussions start at 7 PM and wraps up around 8:30 PM. Group meets at the Elm Park Methodist Church located at 401 Chestnut Street Oneonta, NY 13820.
