Ingredients | Makes Servings
0.5 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp safflower oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 pinch salt
0.12 tsp white pepper
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley , fresh
1 tbsp anchovy paste
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Directions
1 Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until it becomes a smooth consistency.
2 Refrigerate to chill.
