Ingredients | Makes Servings
16 oz refried beans
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
0.67 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp taco seasoning
4 oz canned green chili peppers , drained and chopped
4 medium avocadoes , peeled, halved and pitted
2 tsp fresh lime juice
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp garlic powder
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz fresh green onions , sliced
4 oz fresh tomatoes , chopped
2.25 oz canned black olives , drained

Directions
1 Spoon beans evenly into a shallow clear dish.
2 Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning and spoon on top of beans. Scatter chilies over sour cream.
3 Smash avocados and combine with lime juice, salt, and garlic powder. Spoon this mixture over chilies. Top with cheese, onions, tomatoes, and olives. Chill until ready to serve.

  Additional Information
If desired, add sauteed ground beef as an extra layer. Serve with tortilla chips.
