Ingredients | Makes Servings
10 oz Pizza Crust, original, ready to heat
2 cup Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, shredded
1 fresh tomatoes , seeded and chopped
0.5 red onion , thinly sliced
1 medium carrots , shredded
0.75 cup Cucumber, with o skin, fresh, pared, chopped , seeded
5 Olives, black, jumbo, pitted, canned , sliced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp ground oregano , dried
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Lay pizza crust on oven rack and bake 10 minutes.
3 While crust is baking mix together lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, olives, vinegar, oil, and oregano.
4 When crust is done spoon mixture on top of pizza crust; scatter cheese over top slice and serve.

  Additional Information
For added protein add lean chicken, turkey, beef, or ham. Use a variety of toppings on this pizza.
