Ingredients | Makes Servings
1 lb Sausage, kielbasa, polish, turkey & beef, smoked , fully cooked, cut into 1/4-inch slices
12 oz Preserves, apricot
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp dijon mustard
0.25 tsp ground ginger

Directions
1 Cook sausage in frying pan until just browned. Strain and reserve.
2 Combine apricot preserves, lemon juice, mustard, and ginger in frying pan and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often. Place sausage back into pan and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until warmed.

  Additional Information
These are perfect served with toothpicks as an appetizer or in a sandwich.
