0.25 cup Preserves, apricot, low sugar
8 oz sugar free, nonfat apricot mango yogurt
2 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute) , equivalent to 2 tsp sugar

Directions
1 Whisk apricot spread in a small bowl.
2 Add the yogurt and sugar substitute.
3 Whisk until blended. Spoon into small dessert bowls and serve.
