Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2 Take the anchovy fillets out of the cans, saving the oil. Mince fillets, put to the side.
3 In a bowl, mix anchovy oil with garlic and thyme, mashing together to make a paste.
4 Roll pastry sheet into rectangle and coat with oil mixture. Lightly spread minced anchovies on top.
5 Slice pastry sheet into 120 one-inch squares.
6 Put the squares on an ungreased baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and has puffed to about an inch. Let cool and serve.

  Additional Information
Be sure not to put too many anchovies on the puff pastry or it will be overpowering.
