Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2 Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Form a well in the mixture. 3 Add in the egg substitute, milk, and vanilla and whisk until mixed thoroughly. 4 Put the margarine in a 13 x 9 inch pan and place into the oven to melt. Let melt in oven for about 3 minutes, until the margarine is sizzling. 5 Add the apples to the pan and mix to coat. Place back into oven and heat thoroughly, about 5 minutes. 6 Pour the egg mixture over the apples and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. 7 Place back in oven and bake until soufflé is puffed and golden, about 35 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean. 8 Serve immediately.
